Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid Markify subscription. We want you to be happy with Markify, so if something isn't right, please reach out — we're reasonable and want to help.

1. Free Plan

Markify offers a free plan so you can try the core features before paying. We encourage you to use the free plan to make sure Markify fits your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Just contact us at the email below with the email address used for the purchase, and we will process the refund — no complicated hoops. Because Markify also offers a free plan, we encourage you to try the core features at no cost before upgrading.

3. Subscription Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or billing portal, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation you will not be charged again.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep and you contact us promptly (within 7 days of the renewal), we will review your request and, in most cases, issue a refund.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments for Markify are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. It may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following:

  • The email address associated with your Markify account.
  • The Lemon Squeezy order number or receipt, if you have it.
  • A brief note on why you're requesting the refund (optional, but it helps us improve).

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or a violation of our Terms of Service. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
